Reviewed July 22, 2026: the page reads the selected PDF into browser memory, renders thumbnails with PDF.js, records each requested 90° turn, and uses PDF-lib to save page rotation values into a new download. No file-upload request appears in that workflow. Adobe's official page-rotation guidance also distinguishes saved page rotation from temporary view rotation.
