Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Quick Shot and Full Page mode?
Quick Shot attempts to automatically open the print dialog for you. It's faster but may be blocked by some browser security settings or complex websites.
Full Page mode is the guaranteed method. It opens the webpage in a new tab and provides clear instructions for you to manually print to PDF. It works on 100% of websites.
Why did the Quick Shot mode not work for my website?
Some websites have security policies (X-Frame-Options, Content Security Policy) that prevent them from being loaded in an iframe, which is necessary for the automatic print function. If Quick Shot fails, simply use the Full Page mode, which is not subject to these restrictions and will always work.
Is the quality of the PDF good?
Yes. The PDF is generated by your own browser's high-quality print engine, which is the same technology used when you manually select "Print to PDF". The output is a vector-based PDF that maintains sharp text and scalable graphics.
Can I convert a page that requires login?
Yes, but only with Full Page mode. You will need to log in within the new tab that opens before proceeding with the print command. Quick Shot mode cannot handle logged-in sessions.
